1| Bicycles owned by Quinta dos Perfumes are intended for the free and temporary use of our guests;

2| To use the bicycles, guests must go to the reception;

3| The user is responsible for the bicycle during the period between its collection and its return to the Hotel;

4| The user must use the bicycle correctly, in accordance with the rules contained in these regulations and the rules of the Highway Code for cycling, and return the bicycle in the same condition in which it was collected;

5| The user is responsible, at all times, for complying with legal obligations determined by any competent authority, administrative or police, including the need to use a protective helmet, reflective vest or other type of equivalent equipment;

6| The user is solely responsible for any accidents or damages caused or suffered, by the rider, the bicycle or third parties, that occur during the period of use of the bicycle;

7| When collecting the bicycle, the user must check that the assigned bicycle is in good condition and if they find any defect, they must report it immediately;

8| When returning the bicycle, the user must report any malfunctions that occurred during its use;

9| The user undertakes, during the period of use, to park the bicycle in suitable and safe places, always respecting the rules of the Highway Code and using existing public roads and cycle paths;

10| In case of loss or theft, the user must notify Quinta dos Perfumes as soon as possible;

11| The use of the bicycle for lucrative, commercial or other professional purposes is prohibited;

12| It is expressly forbidden for the user to lend, rent, sell or transfer the assigned bicycle to third parties;

13| Disassembly and/or partial or total alteration of the bicycle is prohibited;

14| Small emergency repairs to the bicycle by the user are permitted so that it can continue to circulate, however, these must be reported to Quinta dos Perfumes.
