We would like to inform you that reception is open from 8:30 AM to 12:00 AM.

Daily rates are counted from noon. If the room is not vacated by check-out time, a new daily rate will be charged. If you need to anticipate or postpone your departure, please inform reception.

We can store your luggage in our deposit, free of charge, if you wish.

Breakfast will be served between 8:30 AM and 10:30 AM in the dining room.

All our rooms are Non-Smoking.

Bathrobes and pool towels are for exclusive use within the hotel. They are not allowed to be taken outside.

Any damage to or loss of equipment from the rooms and common areas will be charged.

The pool is unsupervised and, for safety reasons and general convenience, the pool is closed to guests at night.

For health reasons, you should not pick oranges from the trees without first informing reception about the safety interval of any phytosanitary treatments performed.

We inform you that we are not responsible for the loss of any valuables left in the room. For this purpose, there is a safe whose encoding procedure is located next to it.

Quinta dos Perfumes Agroturismo is an Eco hotel that aims, through various measures, to reduce the use of natural resources and promote environmental protection. In this sense, an Environmental Policy has been created that aims to achieve various objectives and goals regarding the preservation of natural resources.

With your help, we will achieve our goals!

During your stay, protect the environment by helping us with the following steps:
- Do not waste water;
- Place towels on the towel racks if you do not wish for them to be changed;
- Sheets and towels will be changed every 3 days unless the guest expresses a wish otherwise;
- Inform reception about any problems in the bathroom, as well as leaky faucets;
- When not using the television or air conditioning, please turn them off;
- Avoid problems in the sewage system by not putting paper in the toilets;
- Use our free bicycles to explore the surrounding region;
- Enjoy our walking trails, but do not leave litter on the ground. Please look for the nearest trash can;
- Help preserve the tranquility and our green spaces.
